BOOKING & EXPERIENCE POLICY: To ensure a high-quality and personalized experience for every guest, we kindly ask you to review the following before booking. BOOKING NOTICE: All experiences must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to prepare your personalized materials and deliver the best possible experience. Last-minute requests may be accommodated based on availability — feel free to contact us directly. MINIMUM PARTICIPANTS: A minimum of 2 guests is required for small-group experiences. Solo travelers are welcome to book and will be contacted to confirm availability or offered alternative options. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the experience for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable. Rescheduling is always possible (subject to availability) if requested at least 24 hours in advance. LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and no-shows are non-refundable. WEATHER POLICY: Experiences run in most weather conditions. In case of extreme weather, we will contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This experience includes approximately 2.5 hours of walking and standing at a relaxed pace. It may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
